The Parish Council owns and is responsible for one cemetery within the parish, which adjoins the open cemetery of Perranarworthal Parish Church.
The cemetery is open to the public 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, although the Parish Council may make temporary closures if necessary.
All requests for interment must be authorised by the Parish Council before the funeral arrangements are publicly announced by the Funeral Director.

A. The classifications of “Parishioner” and “Non-Parishioner” will be at the discretion of the Parish Council.
B. The Parish Council has the absolute right to consent or refuse the erection or laying down of any stone or any inscription thereon. No consent will be granted for any gravestone exceeding 3 feet in height and 2 feet 6 inches in width or any gravestone including a curbed surround. All stones must be erected or re-erected in accordance with the recommendations from time to time of the National Association of Monumental Masons.
C. It being a lawn cemetery, no bushes, shrubs or plants are permitted.
D. It is the responsibility of the funeral director to arrange for the excavation of the grave and removal of any existing memorials or kerbstones and the replacement of same after burial
